Calmer and more passive form of yoga
Yin Yoga is a superb complement to other dynamic forms of yoga and other sports. It is a calmer and more passive form of yoga where you work with sitting and lying positions.
We hold each asana for about 2 -10 minutes. In this way, you can soften muscles and connective tissue around joints, bones, and organs deeper into the body.
At the same time, we work actively to release blockages and free the flow of energy in our meridians (channels) that run to our internal organs.
We also get time to look inwards and let the breathing guide us where we need attention.
