Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellation is valid 3 hours before class for pass cards.
  • Purchased cards or courses are non-refundable. Pass cards are only extended with a valid medical certificate.
  • Half-year memberships can be frozen two times for a maximum of 30 days total during the timeperiod.
  • When your pass card is about to expire, it can be extended by purchasing new passes. Your old passes will be added to the new pass card with the same expiration date.
  • When studio is closed your membership or card will be extended.

 

No-Shows:

If the class is not cancelled on time and you don’t show up for your booked class:

  • Drop in, no refund.
  • Pass cards, clip will be drawn from your account.
  • Monthly members, warning for no show. After 2 warnings you will be blocked and not able to book a class for 5 days.
  • 100 kr fee to unblock.

Courses, Workshops and Trainings:

  • Workshops can be cancelled with a full refund up to 1 week before. No refund can be given less than 7 days before the workshop starts, if nothing else is stated in the course/workshop/training description.
  • Courses and trainings are non refundable. Exception, if the course is cancelled by studio.
  • You can make up for up to two missed course occasions on a scheduled class of your choice.

 

Agreement Period and Direct Debit, Autogiro

Monthly charge for 12 month. Your first direct debit will be higher as you pay in advance. The first charge will refer to active days since the start date of your membership and the next month. Thereafter, the following payments will relate to one month at a time i.e. 900 SEK.

Insufficient Funds: If your bank account lacks sufficient funds during the withdrawal, our system will make up to three attempts to withdraw the funds. Subsequently, any outstanding amount will be transferred to our debt collection department.

Debt Collection Charges: In cases of debt collection, an 8% late payment interest and a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be applied.

Membership Commitment: You are bound by the terms of the original contract period. Afterward, a notice period of three months is required for termination. Failure to terminate the agreement after the initial contract period will result in the continuation of direct debit and membership until canceled.

Pricing Adjustments: Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you with a one-month notice period.

Account Changes: Should you need to change your account number or bank, it is your responsibility to inform both the new bank and TryggaFitness to ensure the authorization for payment via direct debit is correctly updated.

Authorization for Direct Debit: By choosing the direct debit payment option, you authorize withdrawals from the specified account upon the request of the designated payee on the due date.
